Have you ever wondered whether your pet was left or right ‘pawed’? Or if your handedness affects that of your dog? Or maybe if your pet being neutered makes a difference to their paw preference?

We currently have several active projects looking to answer these questions about paw preference in dogs and cats! These projects require you to complete a short online questionnaire, and then perform some tasks at home with your pet. All you need is a willing pet, some tasty treats, and in some cases objects easily found around the home (like a toy or a sofa!). The tasks are designed to be quick, easy and fun for both you and your pet.
